Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with exposure to e‑Invoicing, to support the design, implementation, and evolution of invoice automation solutions within complex SAP environments.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, and IT stakeholders to optimize invoice‑to‑pay processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP VIM & e‑Invoicing Solution Delivery

• Design, configure, and implement SAP VIM (Invoice Management by OpenText)

• Support and integrate e‑Invoicing solutions (country‑specific platforms, legal requirements)

• Ensure compliance with local and international e‑Invoicing regulations

• Configure invoice workflows, validations, approval processes, and posting logic

• Manage integration with SAP FI / MM and external e‑Invoicing providers

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide functional support (L2/L3) for SAP VIM and e‑Invoicing

• Handle incidents, change requests, and minor enhancements

• Perform root‑cause analysis and contribute to solution stabilization

• Support system upgrades, legal changes, and regression testing

Stakeholder Interaction

• Participate in workshops and solution design sessions

• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides

• Support knowledge transfer and end‑user training

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience with SAP VIM

• Experience with e‑Invoicing implementations or support

• Strong expertise in SAP FI (Accounts Payable focus)

• Knowledge of PO and non‑PO invoice processes

• Experience in multi‑country SAP environments

• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of EU e‑Invoicing regulations

• Experience with OpenText Capture / OCR

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA

• Consulting or client‑facing experience

• French language
