Primary Functions and Tasks:
Location: Bengaluru, India, on-site 3 days/week
We are looking for a mid-level HR Specialist passionate about HR processes, employee experience, and operational excellence, to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a high-performant, compliant, people‑oriented work environment.
You will be part of an international HR team, working closely with employees and managers, being allocated on key HR Admin processes, ensuring high quality data accuracy, compliance, cultural alignment, and great employee experience across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Pre-hire, onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring new joiners have a professional, seamless, and well-coordinated start, including onboarding documentation, schedules, and first-day logistics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Prepare, update, distribute, track and maintain employee files, employment documentation (including addendums), HR archiving, and up-to-date system records in line with legal and internal standards.
Ensure accurate absence & time-off management processes and timely submission: track, monitor, and follow up on employee timesheets,
Act as a face to face point of contact for Indian employees, responding to queries regarding policies, processes, and benefits, providing HR guidance, ensuring timely and accurate responses on HR-related topics and creating a positive employee experience by contributing to workplace relationships, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure strong compliance on Indian local labor and employment related legislation and internal HR policies.
Manage relationships with external HR providers, ensuring excellence, compliance and strong collaboration.
Be a strong contributor in the HR team, sharing objectives, acting as back-up and building trust, supporting internal initiatives and people-related activities.
Help prepare HR reports and dashboards, improve and standardize HR processes, tools, and documentation, and support HR digitalization to promote modern work methods.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional employee and candidate experience.
Our Requirements
We’re looking for an HR professional who combines operational excellence with accuracy, ownership, and a collaborative mindset.
University degree; postgraduate relevant HR studies are a plus.
5-10 years of relevant experience in HR, with strong knowledge of Indian labor law, relationship with labor authorities, and hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent English, written and spoken
Strong MS Office tools and great Excel skills.
Experience with HR Information Systems (SAP HR is a plus).
Comfortable working with data, workflows, archive and documentation.
AI literacy and openness to new digital tools; interest in HR digitalization and operational improvement.
